Featured on HGTV: House Hunters International

Moving2Madrid, Madrid’s human relocation and property search company,  has been featured on Home & Garden TV (HGTV), the #1 TV channel in the world for real estate – great news !

In 4 episodes of its star program House Hunters International, HGTV show how a couple from Chicago, Ilan and Sarah, view and select apartments with the help of Moving2Madrid.

HGTV selected Moving2Madrid as a reference for expats moving to Madrid and searching for properties to rent or for sale.

Of course, HGTV simplified the process so it fits in 20 minutes of television – still, Ilan and Sarah are now living in the apartment they chose, all apartments are of course apartments for rent with current prices (in fact the Lavapies one is available for late august if someone is interested !).

I decided to collaborate with House Hunters International since these episodes give you an idea of the typical Madrid apartments, prices and neighborhoods you might find.
